What are your rental rate and fees?

  • NOLA Station offers (2) event rental packages designed to accommodate events of up to one hundred (100) guests.
  • Each package includes exclusive use of the venue for the rental period.
  • Additional time can be added to any package - Set-up/$100 per hour; Event Time/$200 per hour.
  • Events exceeding one hundred (100) guests require custom pricing and accommodations.
  • A $350 refundable deposit is required to hold your date

Big Easy Package $2,500 - Indoor + Outdoor | 4-Hour Event | Extended Access

  • Extended Access: 4 hr. event + Set-up at 10 AM + 2 hr. breakdown following event
  • Exclusive access to indoor ballroom & outdoor spaces for up to 100 people (adults and children)
  • Indoor Ballroom: climate-controlled, 2 restrooms, 5 round tables & 50 chairs, linens, chafing dishes with burners, food service area with countertops, bar sink, refrigeration, ice maker, serving bar
  • Outdoor: pavilion, open yard, 6 bistro tables & 20 bar stools

Bayou Classic Package $1,500 - Indoor + Outdoor | 3-Hour Event | Standard Access

  • Standard Access: 3 hr. event + 2 hr. set-up before event + 1 hr. breakdown following event
  • Exclusive access to indoor ballroom & outdoor spaces for up to 100 people (adults and children)
  • Indoor Ballroom: climate-controlled, 2 restrooms, 5 round tables & 50 chairs, linens, chafing dishes with burners, food service area with countertops, bar sink, refrigeration, ice maker, serving bar

What exactly is included with my venue rental at NOLA Station?

We pride ourselves on transparency and value! Your rental includes full setup and breakdown of our furniture, black or white linens, pairable Bluetooth speakers, and a dedicated on-site event professional to ensure everything runs smoothly. You also gain access to our catering amenities—like our ice maker and chafing dishes—and have the flexibility to bring your own food or host food trucks. What is Nola Station's cancellation and refund policy?

  • To secure your event date at NOLA Station, a non-refundable retainer is required. The remaining balance is due 30 days before the event or within 60 days of booking, whichever comes first.

  • If the remaining balance is not paid by the due date, your reserved date will be released.

  • If payment is received after the due date, the event may be reinstated if the original date is still available at NOLA Station's discretion.

What is Nola Station's weather policy?

If extreme weather causes widespread cancellations in the area, you may reschedule at no extra cost. There are no automatic refunds for weather-related cancellations.

What is Nola Station's food and drink policy?

  • Outside food and drinks are allowed.

  • Cooking on-site (boiling, frying, grilling) is not allowed.

  • Chafing dishes with burners are allowed.

  • Food trucks require prior approval; must provide own utilities and cleanup.

What is the NOLA Station smoking policy?

Smoking is not permitted indoors or under covered patio areas.

What are your operating hours?

  • Friday - Saturday: Events between 12:00 PM – 11:00 PM (Set-up starts at 10:00 AM; breakdown must be completed by midnight).
  • Sunday, Tuesday - Thursday: Events between 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM (Set-up starts at 8:00 AM; breakdown must be completed by 9:00 PM).

What guidelines are there for approved, and non-approved decorations?

Below is a summary of what is approved, and prohibited when it comes to decorations:

  • Prohibited Items: No nails, tape, tacks, command hooks, confetti, glitter, or sprinkles.
  • Permitted Decorations: Freestanding only; candles must be enclosed in glass containers.

  • Hanging Items: No hanging decorations from ceilings, fixtures, or facility structures.

  • Balloons: Must have weights attached; no balloon releases due to airport proximity.

  • Sparklers & Fireworks: Not allowed under covered areas or tents.

  • Cleanup: All decorations must be removed post-event to avoid additional clean up fees; NOLA Station is not responsible for left items.

What is the maximum number of people we can host at NOLA Station?

The venue is designed to host 100 people. For events over 100 guests additional accommodations are needed.

Do you require Event Liability Insurance and Security?

  • We do require and handle the coordination for event liability insurance and police detail for events serving alcohol, attendance greater than 100 people or as venue/city requires.
